WORLD WAR TWO: MY BROTHER AND A FRIEND UP IN A TREE,
PLAYING BOMBER PILOTS. I WAS THE TAIL GUNNER. I SAT ON THE GROUND AT
THE BASE OF THE TREE. MY BROTHER WOULD ON OCCASION LOWER AN EMPTY BOX
ON A STRING AND YELL DOWN TO ME TO FETCH VARIOUS  ITEMS HE MIGHT WANT.
MEMORY OF BEING AN ERRAND BOY. written by John Dyess  sometime in the 1970’s
