Freeport in the Bahamas

Pacific Paradise

These three illustrations were printed in a brochure that was 12″ high by 9″ wide. For younger viewers I don’t mean printed on a desk top printer but an offset printer in a printing plant. The artwork was created using felt tip markers on foam board that was sprayed with an aerosol spray paint called Spraymark. I think these illustrations are a good example of using negative and positive space.I liked working in markers because it was a fast process. I had two days to complete these three illustrations. The client was Congoleum Fine Floors and the brochure was used to announce an incentive program. The illustrations were created in 1973.
