I have posted the illustrations of face cards created by two more students in my Illustration 1 and 2 class at Meramec Community College.

Here is a part of what Tommy Browne said about his face card illustrations:
“The inspiration for this project came from my desire to flip card traditions on it’s ear. In a traditional deck of cards the face cards are represented as regal and stoic kings and queens while the joker from a deck looks like a lunatic undertaking many bizarre and ludicrous activities. The conceit for my deck would do the opposite leave the joker as a model of sanity while the rest of the face cards were the picture of insanity.
